The North Bergen Housing Authority (NBHA) invites submission of proposals (Proposal) from firms interested in becoming a Joint-Venture Developer with NBHA and/or its affiliate. If you or your firm has demonstrated experience in being a Low Income/Affordable Housing Mixed- Finance Developer/Builder and is interested in making your firm’s services available to the NBHA, you or the firm are requested to respond to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ).

One original and 2 copies of the Response must be received no later than 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, May 20, 2025. Responses should be directed to:

Any questions pertaining to this RFQ must be in writing and directed and addressed to the North Bergen Housing Authority, 6121 Grand Ave., North Bergen, New Jersey 07047, Attention: Julio Marenco, Executive Director, no later than April 29, 2025. Copies of all inquiries and responses will be sent to all proposers who received our RFQ not later than 10 days prior to the Proposal submission date.

Copies of any written addenda to the RFQ will be provided to all Developer/Builders who receive a copy of this RFQ no later than 10 days prior to the submission date, and all such addenda shall become part of this RFQ.
